ProInstincts acquires Sitekick AI to build toward managed digital services for small businesses

ProInstincts Enterprises, Inc. has acquired Sitekick AI, the AI website and landing page builder at sitekick.ai. The transaction closed on September 25, 2026, through Acquire.com.

Sitekick enters ProInstincts as an operating business with existing customer relationships, hosted websites, billing infrastructure, and a product foundation already serving small businesses. Our first acquisition establishes a broader ambition: helping those businesses create, operate, and continuously improve their digital presence through an ongoing managed service.

Sitekick’s existing product helps businesses create and host websites with AI-assisted copy, design, and images. Under ProInstincts, our vision extends across the work that surrounds a website: keeping content current, maintaining a dependable online presence, and connecting inquiries with the customer workflows that follow.

The goal is a managed digital operating layer for small businesses: a service that brings website operations, customer engagement, and practical automation closer together, so owners can spend more time running their business.

Building on an operating business

We acquired Sitekick because the underlying customer need is durable. Small businesses do not only need a tool that can generate a website; they need a dependable digital presence that continues working after launch.

Our immediate work is focused on strengthening the operating foundation: platform reliability, security, backup and recovery, customer experience, billing and account management, and the generation workflow itself. Product development is moving in parallel with that cleanup so the customer experience can improve quickly without sacrificing continuity for existing sites.

That work has already begun.

A new part of a connected portfolio

Sitekick joins Phasoric, ClassLattice, and aketchel.com in the ProInstincts portfolio. It brings a website-creation and managed-hosting foundation to a company focused on useful software, connected intelligence, and hands-on operation.

Our planned direction combines Sitekick’s digital delivery with approved business context through Phasoric. The ambition is a service that understands a business’s offers, voice, and decisions, then helps carry that understanding into its online presence and workflows, with customer control over meaningful changes.

Building the next chapter

Priorities for Sitekick’s next chapter include ongoing website care, connected lead and follow-up workflows, and business applications that support everyday operations. We intend to pair AI-assisted delivery with review controls, a clear history of work, and recoverable changes.
