Plain English first, terms beneath.

Buy it → use it with your own business (Personal), your team (Team), or in client engagements (Client). Don't resell it, rename it, or put it somewhere public without permission. Every edition's terms live on this page, permanently.

## A license for the way you work.

### Personal

Your own business only. Print, fill, and duplicate internally for yourself.

### Team

Internal use within one legal entity. Duplication across the team.

Up to 10 people (proposed)

### Client

Use the tools with your clients: advisors, fractional CTOs, coaches, and accelerators. Retain the attribution line on every artifact.

1 professional, unlimited engagements

## Permitted, any tier

-   Duplicate and print for the permitted party
-   Complete, adapt, and store the worksheets in your own systems
-   Reference the method in conversation and content, with attribution
-   Quote brief excerpts with a link to proinstincts.com

## Not permitted, any tier

-   Resale, redistribution, or repackaging as PDF, print, course material, or download library
-   Removing or obscuring the attribution line
-   Publishing, posting, or transmitting the pages or substantial excerpts publicly: blogs, newsletters, shared drives outside the permitted party, or course platforms
-   Presenting the tools as your own framework, or applying the “ProInstincts Method™” mark to your own products or workshops. You may use the method; you may not brand with it.
-   Ingestion into AI training sets, model fine-tuning corpora, or bulk prompt libraries. We build products grounded in provenance and knowledge control; the license reflects it.

## Keep the attribution.

Retain this line verbatim on any artifact you share outside your permitted party. Client engagements retain it on every artifact.

## Terms of record

### Edition & updates

The proposed Personal and Team licenses are perpetual for the edition purchased. Subsequent editions will be announced at [/gates](https://proinstincts.com/gates). The v1.x changelog, including “illustrative → verified” swaps as client cases land, will be part of the public record.

### Client-tier boundary

Client use covers engagements you personally run. A one-time advisory deliverable is fine. Embedding the workbook inside your own paid product requires a separate written license from ProInstincts.

### Trademark

“ProInstincts,” “Instinct Gates,” “the Blade,” “Field Notes,” “The Compound Year,” and “The ProInstincts Method™” remain marks of ProInstincts Enterprises, Inc. Licenses grant use as described; they convey no ownership or co-branding rights.

### Refunds

Proposed policy: 14 days, any tier, no interrogation. The Gate Review's completed-scorecard and dated-action guarantee applies separately to that session.
